How do I contact a dealer?

Open Vehicle Detail and use Contact dealer. DAAD records and routes the request without displaying direct dealer contact information.

Where can I track a dealer request?

Open My requests to view the Lead ID, status and DAAD-managed conversation.

Are financing estimates final?

No. Financing calculations are illustrative and are not a credit decision or final offer.

Does DAAD process payments here?

No. Checkout creates a reservation request only. No card or bank payment is processed at this stage.

How do I access a protected workspace?

Open Account access and use secure sign-in. Dealer and administrator access is limited by assigned role.
